The March
I have started to feel the book itch again, and thus started in on Goodwill(s) for new reads. This book, The March, caught my eye and after reading a few paragraphs in store I was hooked. I live to extinguish the ignorance inside me daily, so these finds fulfill that need in ways one can’t even imagine. An introduction to a new author, and in this case a unique prize winning one that is rather particular about punctuation and dramtic, historical fiction about what was sure to be a harrowing experience for all involved. Author does a great job of personalizing actions and describing conversations in a period accurate voice without being overtly weird about it. Would recommend.
