I count myself amongst the individuals that feel some nostalgia for their college years. My experience was beautiful, as I did not start classes until after noon and would spend most of the time outside of class in our computer lab. Well that and making alchoholic milkshake concoctions and playing Dark Alliance with my roommate Cody.
My nostalgia also stems from my technology at the time. Growing up I did not have much and the family computer was a huge leap forward for us. In High School I was fortunate enough to take a networking class which, upon successfully passing the final, would provide a used Toughbook. As thankful as I am for both those machines I had little say in the decision to obtain them so when I was finally able to get my own PC I wanted something unique. Enter the eeePC which I used all through college.
